Sterling Silver Rhodolite Garnet Organic V Ring

A bright rhodolite garnet glows in this unique oxidized sterling silver ring.  The organic freeform V shape tapers down into a half round ring shank.  The round, bezel set garnet is 5 mm in diameter and 0.58 ct with a red violet/berry wine color.  The ring is approximately 1/4 inch (0.7 cm) at its widest point and is currently a size 8.5.  It is possible for this ring to be sized.  If you would like me to size it, contact me before ordering for a quote.  Also available with a citrine.

Garnet is January's birthstone.  While most well known for its deep red colors, there are actually over 300 variations of garnet in a wide range of colors in red, green, yellow, orange, and reddish violet.  Garnets are found in many places around the world including numerous places in the United States and are typically not enhanced.  Garnet is Connecticut's state mineral, New York's state gemstone, and the star garnet variation is Idaho's state gemstone.
